Ingredients
 

  • 2 cup Zucchini approx 2
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tbsp Lemon zest
  • tbsp Olive oil optional if you want to have oily flavour
  • 1/4 tbsp Salt OR as per taste
  • 1/4 tbsp Black pepper
  • 1/8 tbsp Red Chilli Flakes optional
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley chopped
  • 2 tbsp water

  • 1 Cutting Board
  • 1 Chef’s Knife
  • 1 Zester
  • 1 Citrus Juicer optional
  • 1 Garlic Press optional
  • 1 Cooking Pan

Cooking Intructions
 

  1. Spiralize the zucchini into noodles using a spiralizer or julienne peeler. Set aside and lightly salt if you want to reduce moisture.
    2 cup Zucchini
  2. Heat a pan on medium (no oil needed for zero-fat). Add minced garlic and 1–2 tablespoons of water. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

  3. Add lemon juice, lemon zest, and seasonings (salt, pepper, chili flakes). Stir and let it simmer for 1 more minute.

  4. Add zucchini noodles to the pan. Toss for 2–3 minutes until just softened (don’t overcook—they should be slightly crunchy).
  5. Turn off the heat. Add chopped parsley and optional nutritional yeast for cheesy flavor.

  6. Serve immediately, warm or room temp.
