Easy High-protein creamy herb cottage cheese dressing under 10 minutes
Easy High-protein creamy herb cottage cheese dressing is a dressing I make often – not because it’s trendy or perfect, but because it’s simple, fresh, and feels good to eat. It’s just cottage cheese blended with a few herbs, a bit of vinegar, and some salt and pepper. That’s it. No oils, no preservatives, nothing fancy.
I started making this when I wanted something creamy for salads and veggies but didn’t feel great about reaching for bottled dressings anymore. Those can work in a pinch, but there’s something grounding about making your own – knowing exactly what’s in it, and adjusting the flavours to what you like.
It’s smooth, tangy, and bright, thanks to fresh dill and chives. I use it as a dip, a spread, or just a quick dressing during the week. It keeps well in the fridge and takes only a few minutes to blend up.
If you’re looking for something easy, nourishing, and homemade – something you can make without overthinking – this might be worth trying.
